Ibanez FZ7 Tone Lok Fuzz PedalA complete 60's flashback with none of the drawbacks, the FZ7 is the ultimate in psychedelic fuzz. Feature: I really like how the knobs can be pushed down in so they don't get turned when you stomp on it, the switch for the damage is nice too Quality: seems very strong, isn't made of cheap plastic like some pedals Value: cheap pedal and lasts Desirability: Not the best looking pedal but it gets the job done and thats all that matters Sound: Well I play basically all classic rock and the distortion on this pedal is alot heavier than what I like, although for alot of newer rock music it would be a perfect pedal, the damage control is great for a Neil Young sound (listen to my my hey hey into the black, and rocking in the free world) I'm obsessed with Neil and this pedal's distortion with the damage is perfect for the sound of the songs I listed, which is why I kept this pedal, but the plain distortion is too heavy for the likes of zeppelin, jethro tull, and acdc Support: never needed to call customer support, its sturdy and reliable enough Overall: It just doesn't have a sound I can use for all my music, just a few songs, maybe if I played some different kinds of music I'd use it more guitar fx box |
