Due to Pay Pal's ongoing account audits and security checks, we are currently unable to issue payments
to partners and affiliates who utilize Pay Pal to recieve their monthly commission.
Whilst we are still able to accept payments for advertising and services via pay pal, with our pay pal
account status being 'Limited', we are temporarily unable to transfer any payments out of the account.
We appologise for this situation and suggest that all affiliates login to their www.popupad.net account
and change the settings to receive payments via check. Your check will be then issued at the next Pay Date (10/10/2002).
Pay Pal have assured us that they are working on the situation and that normal service will be resumed as soon as possible.
